Pacific Equity Partners has completed its acquisition of Johns Lyng Group.

The scheme of arrangement was implemented last week after all JLG shares transferred to Sherwood BidCo, an entity owned and controlled by funds the Australian private equity investor manages.

Johns Lyng CEO and MD Scott Didier and Australia CEO Nick Carnell will remain as directors of the building services provider.

Chair Peter Nash and other directors including Larisa Moran, Peter Dixon, Alexander Silver and Alison Terry have resigned from the board.
