NRMA seals driver assistance deal in SA expansion
IAG brand NRMA Insurance has introduced a bundled motor cover product for SA drivers under a partnership with the National Roads and Motorists’ Association.
It means policyholders in the state can now access the Everyday Care Roadside Assistance package, previously available only in NSW and the ACT.
The tie-up provides unlimited roadside assistance callouts, improved coverage for rural locations and support for larger vehicles, among other benefits, NRMA Insurance says.
The insurer is expanding its presence in SA, having partnered with the State Emergency Service and becoming an official major partner of the Adelaide Oval in recent years.
“As our customer base continues to grow in South Australia, we’re proud to partner with NRMA to expand our services and the help we provide,” NRMA Insurance distribution EGM Matthew Bennett said.
Roadside assistance group NRMA operates separately from NRMA Insurance following a demutualising of the businesses in 2000, in an arrangement that formed IAG.
