Lockton recruits key managers

Four broking leaders are joining Lockton as the business moves to replace departing staff.

insuranceNEWS.com.au understands former Marsh executive Glenn Preece joins today as Pacific growth leader, while Brett Monteverdi has already started as national client manager.

Michelle Love joins from Willis in January as national manager for group risk and super, and Paula Raudino switches from Aon in February as head of care, community and education.

According to LinkedIn, Mr Preece spent more than eight years as power practice leader for Asia at Marsh, while Ms Love has worked for 14 years as Queensland manager of health and benefits at Willis. Before that she was with AIG for 14 years.

Ms Raudino has been a client director at Aon for the past two years and previously worked at Gallagher and JLT.

As insuranceNEWS.com.au has reported, the battle for talent in the broking sector is hotting up, with several moves reported, including some staff leaving Lockton for Envest’s Aviso earlier in the year.
