Local 360Globalnet unit not part of UK administration
The Australian arm of technology company 360Globalnet says its operations are not affected by the appointment of administrators to its UK parent.
The UK business entered administration on March 4, with personnel from FRP Advisory appointed to manage affairs.
360Globalnet director Dexter Driver says the Asia-Pacific operations remain stable and there has been no disruption to services, support or delivery for clients in the region.
“The UK administration process does not include the Australian entity, and our APAC operations continue as normal with no interruption to client services,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au.
The local business says it remains committed to supporting clients and partners across the region and will provide updates where appropriate.
360Globalnet, founded in 2010, provides products including digital tools to improve claims handling processes.
Its services and solutions are used by major insurers across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
FRP Advisory partner Daniel Conway says the UK company has entered an administration process that does not include the Australian business as part of a restructuring.
“The administrators of 360Globalnet are currently undertaking a process to explore options for the wider group, including a potential sale,” he said.
“There is interest from a number of parties and the process is progressing.”
