Gallagher has acquired Brisbane-based Effectus Consulting, an employee and leadership development firm offering strategies for human resources and talent development.

Effectus provides diagnostics, culture and engagement surveys, mediation, performance management and executive coaching services throughout Australia.

Gallagher Group President CEO and Chairman Pat Gallagher says in a statement that the Effectus acquisition “offers us significant cross-selling opportunities” by helping to initiate talks with clients on the importance of offering career benefits.

Effectus CEO Jason Rodgers, MD Scott Krebs and directors Dallas Knight and James Allen, and their team, will continue to operate from Brisbane. They will answer to Leslie Lemenager, Gallagher’s VP International of employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
