Consultancy expands offerings for insurance clients

Management consultancy The Bridge International announced new services last week targeted at insurers and other financial services providers.

The offerings are strategic advisory services, customer and operations services, commercial services, risk and culture services plus program delivery and embedment services.

“We hope to see insurers look to leverage our experience and expertise in taking up our services,” MD Stuart Blake told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

He says the announcement signals efforts made by the business to continuously refine its “challenger management consulting model” since its launch more than two years ago.

“We have built a fairer value model of advisory services that offers better outcomes at a lower cost for our clients,” he said.

After launching the consultancy’s new service offerings last week, he said the aim is to provide packaged offerings and expertise around its “Triple Play” philosophy, which refers to having a balance of culture, customer and commercial outcomes.

The consultancy has done work for major insurance players such as QBE, Suncorp, Swiss Re, icare, Allianz and AllState in the US.
