Premium funder Attvest Finance has appointed Paul Fitton as CEO.

Mr Fitton joined the company as COO in October 2024, moving from traffic management operator Avada Group, where he was CFO.

He previously worked at two Big Four professional services firms.

Attvest says Mr Fitton has “played an important role in our growth, bringing strong commercial leadership, a genuine focus on our people and customers, and a clear commitment to delivering great outcomes for insurance brokers across Australia.

“As CEO, Paul will lead the day-to-day operations of the business while continuing to build on the strong foundations that have made Attvest a trusted premium funding partner.”

The company says MD Johan Steyn will continue leading on long-term strategy, growth initiatives and key stakeholder relationships, “ensuring Attvest remains well positioned for the future”.
