AAMC reshuffles heavy motor leadership team
Accident management group AAMC has made senior appointments in its Land + Road division, as it aims to strengthen its support for insurers in heavy motor crash assessing.
Anthony Hall is promoted to heavy motor vehicle assessing manager, succeeding Ian Brown.
Mr Hall will have responsibility for service delivery, assessor performance, productivity, quality standards and compliance, and will focus on raising technical capability through training and the development of assessing standards.
Mr Brown has become national business development manager for Land + Road, concentrating on client relationships. He will act as a liaison between insurers, clients and operational teams, identifying service opportunities, analysing operational performance and supporting improvements in service delivery.
Blair Jorgensen has been appointed bookings team leader for the Land + Road business, moving from the company’s general assessing operations.
He will oversee daily bookings and workflow allocation to ensure service delivery meets client requirements. He will work alongside Mr Hall and Mr Brown to improve operational processes and co-ordinate assessing resources.
COO Luke Hill says the appointments are part of a continued investment in heavy motor accident management and assessing capability.
