UAC Leadership Academy invites applications
The Underwriting Agencies Council Leadership Academy is inviting applications for its next intake after a successful inaugural year.
The six-month program tailored for mid-career professionals in underwriting agencies has been refreshed and expanded to seven in-person modules, bringing together leadership development, commercial capability and a deeper understanding of the market.
“The purpose of the Academy hasn’t changed. We want to invest in talented people who will help shape the future of the underwriting agency sector, giving them the opportunity to learn, grow and challenge themselves,” UAC CEO Jenny Bax says.
“Participants will gain exposure to different parts of our industry, learn from outstanding industry leaders and subject matter experts, and build relationships with peers who will share the journey with them.”
The program is supported by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is backed by sponsor HDI Global.
A maximum 35 places are available for the Class of ’27, with applications closing on October 23 at 5pm.
