New Zealand broker Rothbury Group features in a list of the country’s best workplaces.

It ranks fifth in the medium and large employer category, based on an annual survey by business consultancy Great Place to Work New Zealand.

Hilton tops the list, followed by Specsavers, Salesforce and DHL.

Rothbury MD Roger Abel says the accolade reflects an investment in people and culture. 

“From the beginning, Rothbury has been about real people doing meaningful work,” he said. “This recognition is a celebration of every person who’s helped shape our journey.”
