McLardy McShane Partners CEO Meg Long will deliver a keynote speech at the 10th Mansfield Awards in Sydney on August 27.

A broker claims team category has been added to this year’s awards, and organiser LMI Group says insurance brokers’ role in the claims process is indispensable.

“This new award is dedicated to formally recognising the unsung heroes of our industry,” LMI said.

“It will honour the team who consistently go above and beyond – demonstrating not just professionalism but exceptional claims service and a deep, human commitment to securing their clients’ wellbeing.”

This year’s awards ceremony will also celebrate claims excellence in personal lines, SME property and casualty, corporate property and casualty, specialty and loss adjusting.

Category winners will compete for the Gold Mansfield overall prize and Purple Mansfield humanitarian award.
