North Queensland Insurance Brokers business development manager Paul Glasby has won this year’s Ardonagh client and customer champion award, while Epsilon senior construction underwriter Tom Bennett was crowned rising star.

Ardonagh’s Envest Group, which owns NQIB and Epsilon, says five other Australian finalists were vying for the Group Global Spotlight Awards: Shannah Kuhn (for leader of the year), Epsilon (for team of the year), Cara Cronje (for service excellence), Chelsea Eustice (for best newcomer), and Tanner Lewis (for rising star).

From Ardonagh’s 12,000 employees, nominations across nine categories were narrowed to just 45 finalists.

“We had seven finalists ... and brought home two winners,” Envest said. “Envest Group nominees and finalists rose bright and early on June 26 to celebrate ... crossing live via video link to Somerset House on the banks of the River Thames in London where more than 400 colleagues from across the ‘Ardonaghverse’ gathered.”

Envest hosted a champagne breakfast featuring gifts for finalists.

A gala ball in November will celebrate a decade of Envest and 20 years of PSC Insurance Group, which in 2024 was acquired by Ardonagh and merged with Envest.
