This year’s Claims Convention will take place on September 9 at Sydney’s Sofitel Wentworth.

The theme for the 19th annual conference is The Evolution of Claims – From Response to Strategy.

Co-host the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters says speakers will examine the changing landscape for claims management and the strategic importance of claims professionals.

“With the industry facing heightened expectations and growing complexity, delegates will gain practical insights and forward-looking perspectives to help navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead,” the institute said.
