Arch Insurance Australia has made Nick Barry its accident and health underwriting manager for the southern region.  

Mr Barry, who joined the group last year as a senior A&H underwriter, will be based in Melbourne and lead teams in Victoria, Tasmania, SA and WA.  

He has previously held underwriting positions at Zurich, Chubb and ATC Insurance Solutions.  

Mr Barry will report to Arch A&H underwriting manager Jarrod O’Connor.  

“Nick’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and a testament to his outstanding commitment to our A&H brokers and clients,” Mr O’Connor said. “He will be integral to driving our growth as we continue to strengthen our relevance in the market.”
