Willis has named Louie Clarke as global head of claims strategy and execution.

London-based Mr Clarke will be “involved in all aspects of claims strategy across three key pillars – organise, commercialise and digitise”, the broker says.

Mr Clarke will be part of the global claims leadership team and report to global claims head Neil Harrison.

“As we differentiate through specialisation, outcomes and service standards, our focus on attracting talent of this calibre to supplement the outstanding professionals already working on behalf of our clients will continue,” Mr Harrison said.

Mr Clarke joins from Aon, where he held several positions over nearly a decade. Most recently, he was an advocacy director.
