Hello Claims has formed an exclusive partnership with US risk management group Assurant to undertake motor vehicle assessment and accident management.

The motor claims handling specialist, which is part of AUB Group, says it won a tender process thanks to its speed, cost control and consistency at scale.

Assurant director Chris Godfrey says Hello Claims gives “confidence that we can continue to scale responsibly, supported by a partner with the infrastructure, governance and innovation mindset required”.

He says Hello Claims brings “deep expertise in motor claims management, repair ecosystems and digital assessment capabilities”.

Hello Claims says in high-volume fleets, small operational improvements “create significant downstream impact” and gains compound quickly across thousands of claims.
