Steadfast is winding up 11 companies, in a process involving subsidiaries no longer trading.

A general meeting last week resolved to appoint Catherine Conneely and Rahul Goyal from Cor Cordis as liquidators.

“The companies are dormant, have ceased trading and have a tax clearance to be voluntarily liquidated as they are now no longer required,” a Steadfast spokesperson told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

The companies are Steadfast Accelerate, Mechanical and Construction Insurance, Insurance Broking Queensland, FJN Holdings (Aust), CIIG (Vic), Coverforce Victoria Holdings, Tradesmans Insurance Brokers, Grange Underwriting, Gardner Insurance Brokers Qld, Sawtell & Salisbury, and WM Amalgamated.

A regulatory notice on the move was published on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission website.
