Steadfast has made Susan Donaldson CEO of its claims management service. 

The broking group says she will lead Steadfast Claims Solutions’ strategic direction, with a focus on enhancing service delivery and strengthening relationships with clients and industry partners.  

Ms Donaldson has more than a decade’s experience as claims head for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance’s Australian operations, and has held senior positions at Zurich and Chubb.

She will replace interim CEO Steve Toppercov from October 8 and will report to Steadfast underwriting agencies CEO Mark Senkevics. Mr Toppercov will return to being COO.

Mr Senkevics says Ms Donaldson’s claims expertise will be “instrumental in driving innovation and delivering superior claims solutions for clients”.
