Envest Group’s authorised representative acquisition model Resilium Partners has picked up two more businesses.

Victorian operation Ensure Risk Solutions and SA-based Protectit Insurance Services will join as “hub” businesses for Resilium.

Ensure operates as two companies based in Traralgon and Warragul, which will merge under Ensure Risk Solutions branding. Directors Andrew Runnalls and Alison Munro will continue in their roles.

Protectit Insurance Services Director and Practice Principal Doug Napier, who will continue at his company, says the Resilium deal will help “further grow the Protectit business”.

Resilium Insurance Broking CEO and Chief Distribution Manager Craig Robson says the acquisitions are key for the company’s hub and spoke merger and acquisition growth strategy.

“Both businesses have been longstanding corporate authorised representatives of Resilium ... and we have enjoyed having them already as a part of our network,” Mr Robson said.

He says Resilium and parent Envest will continue to examine businesses within its authorised representative network for potential acquisitions.
