Authorised representative network repX has appointed James Toth as chief growth officer.  

Mr Toth’s responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition, branding and developing new partnerships in the network.  

He will also help source capital and joint venture opportunities for network partners.  

Mr Toth joins from executive recruitment group Ethos BeathChapman, where he helped lead the insurance practice. In 2020, he founded Kona Recruitment, where he was MD for three years.  

repX, which launched last year, provides financial advice and broking-related support to members, with bases in Brisbane, Ballarat and Melbourne.
