NTI builds machinery repairer network
NTI has launched a repair network for customers’ mobile plant and equipment.
The transport and logistics underwriting agency says the aim is to get businesses back to work faster following breakdowns of essential machinery.
Repairers in the network must pass a “rigorous’ accreditation process that NTI has developed with industry experts over the past year, it says.
They must have at least a 10-year history in the plant and equipment repair industry and demonstrate proven technical capability.
“We know how critical this equipment is to our customers, so we’ve built a network that prioritises speed, quality and trust,” national manager of repairer networks Adam Craft said.
“These repairers don’t just fix machines, they help get livelihoods back on track.”
The network supports a range of customers, from pool builders and landscapers to tree loppers, fencers, earth movers and mining operators.
Repairers have been accredited across NSW, Victoria, Queensland and SA, and more will be added as NTI expands the program nationally.
