Network Insurance House says Nicole Coleby will join the brokerage as retail and commercial GM on January 18, bringing operational management, strategic transformation and partner distribution experience. 

Ms Coleby was most recently QBE head of digital and operational excellence, and before that she was national manager for agencies and partnerships. Other senior roles have included COO at Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company of Australia.

Network Insurance House says she will lead the growth of its retail and commercial businesses, strengthening distribution capabilities, developing market-leading solutions, embracing artificial intelligence and embedding operational excellence.
