National Insurance Brokers Association head of policy and advocacy Allyssa Hextell is leaving to take up a role in the energy and renewables sector.

Ms Hextell says on LinkedIn that she is moving on after five years and “it has been an incredibly rewarding experience working with a dedicated and talented team and engaging with government, regulators and the broking profession on issues that matter”.

NIBA says Ms Hextell, who leaves next month, has been an integral part of the team and it wishes her the best in her new role.

A recruitment process is under way, with NIBA advertising for a policy and regulatory affairs manager.
