Kerry Thom has been appointed head of financial lines, tailored risk at underwriting agencies brand Miramar Group.

Melbourne-based Mr Thom has been a senior casualty underwriter in AIG’s major accounts practice for three years. He has also worked at the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, Austbrokers Countrywide, LMI Group, Ansvar, Allianz, Vero and CGU.

“With 20-plus years’ experience in financial lines insurance and underwriting, Kerry brings insight and expertise brokers can count on when navigating complex risks,” Miramar said.
