Javln makes senior hires to drive growth plan

Cloud software company Javln has strengthened its leadership team as it looks to expand in local and international markets including the UK.

It has appointed Raymond Marshall as chief customer officer and Geoff Keast as chief revenue officer, adding to the recent recruitment of Tim Mole as head of data and artificial intelligence.

CEO David Leach says the three hires will play a pivotal role in the next growth phase.

“Raymond, Geoff, and Tim are here to instil a culture of urgency and high performance while strengthening our position as the trusted technology partner for brokers and agencies,” he said.

“They bring the expertise needed to scale our growth, successfully deliver great customer experiences and rapidly embed AI into our platform.”

Javln recently completed a capital raise and is prioritising its Officetech platform to enter new markets.

The UK is a priority for initial validation, and the company expects to complete that phase and select its next market for testing next year.
