Gow-Gates has become a majority shareholder in Strata Fair and Modern Insurance Brokers, expanding its range of offerings.

“Both businesses have exceptional reputations for integrity and have pushed the strata insurance broking market in the right direction with transparency and fee-only structures,” CEO Tom Gow-Gates said.

“We’re really excited to be partnering with them as the business continues to grow.”

Gow-Gates says the businesses will continue operating under their current brands and leadership, with founder and MD of both, Seepahn Ingilizian, remaining involved.
