Global group’s Claims Copilot takes flight
Aon has launched an AI-powered platform designed to streamline its claims management processes.
The Claims Copilot offers “global consistency, data-led performance evaluation and tailored insight to support each client’s risk and capital strategy”, the global broker says.
Dashboards analyse claim trends, portfolio performance and carrier responsiveness, and there is an automated claim intake and documentation system, and a feedback process.
Clients will have access to dedicated portals that track their claims’ progress and provide key risk analytics.
Aon says the platform aligns with its Broker Copilot tool, launched earlier this year, and its Risk Analyser service.
“Aon Claims Copilot empowers our teams, amplifying their expertise and maximising claim payouts,” commercial risk global chief claims officer Mona Barnes said.
“It also creates a powerful feedback loop with our brokers, ensuring we place business with carriers that consistently deliver the best results. Expert advocacy combined with AI-driven analytics gives our clients superior visibility and control over their claims.”
The platform will launch in Germany this month before a rollout across global operations next year and in 2027. It is due to reach Asia-Pacific next year.
Aon commercial risk CEO Joe Peiser says the program “empowers our professionals to turn insight into action, helping clients achieve faster claims resolution, maximise recoveries and make better-informed risk and coverage decisions”.
