Natasha Golden has been appointed head of Zest Insurance, the direct digital platform for SME cover launched by Willis a year ago.

Melbourne-based Ms Golden was most recently WTW’s head of professions FINEX and has previously worked at Aon and Marsh.

She has experience working with businesses across construction and trades, engineering, accounting, and medical and allied health sectors, Zest says.

“Having partnered with organisations of all sizes and stages, Natasha understands the real-world challenges Australian businesses face every day.

“Her practical, client-focused approach and deep industry knowledge will help drive Zest Insurance’s mission of delivering tailored insurance solutions that support small businesses through growth, change and uncertainty.”
