Steven Lusk has been appointed head of underwriting operations at Enthusiast Motor Insurance.

Sydney-based Mr Lusk has spent eight years in executive management roles at Commonwealth Bank and was formerly Suncorp senior portfolio manager for commercial insurance.

Enthusiast CEO Stacy Vickers says the business is investing in technology and operations to “build for growth”, and another senior appointment will be announced soon.

“Steve’s appointment sits alongside changes we have already made to our operating model ... Last month was the strongest in Enthusiast’s 16-year history, with much more to come,” he said.
