Coast names joint CEOs as chair steps back
Coast Insurance directors Stephanie Muller and Jordan Brindley have been appointed co-CEOs as part of an executive leadership shake-up.
Founder and current executive chairman Rick Wolozny will become chairman, stepping back from day-to-day operations while continuing to provide strategic guidance.
Ms Muller and Ms Brindley have almost 40 years’ industry experience between them and have played key roles in the growth of Coast, an underwriting agency specialising in marine, property, liability expenses and life sciences.
Ms Muller will continue to lead the underwriting division, driving product innovation and portfolio performance while maintaining a focus on supporting broker partners.
Ms Brindley will continue to oversee regulatory affairs and operational strategy.
“Coast has experienced solid growth in the past 12 months under the leadership of Stephanie and Jordan,” Mr Wolozny said.
“They are both long-standing members of Coast and have demonstrated their commitment to our brokers and team over their time here.
“I look forward to continuing to work with them in our new roles.”
Coast also says specialty liability underwriter Samuel Wolozny, who has experience working in the Lloyd’s market in London, has become a director.
“Samuel strengthens Coast’s leadership team and enhances its ability to support brokers in navigating complex liability risks,” the agency said.
