The National Insurance Brokers Association market survey received responses from more than 1070 participants – a record for the annual exercise.

Association CEO Richard Kliplin says the participation demonstrates the strength of the profession.

“Having more than 1000 brokers in consecutive years take the time to share their views is a tremendous outcome,” he said.

“What brokers tell us allows us to set the benchmark for industry excellence and make sure their perspectives shape how we recognise the insurers setting the standard for client value.”

NIBA says the survey will help determine winners of the peak body’s annual insurer excellence awards, which will be announced next month at its convention on the Gold Coast.
