ATL opens 24/7 crash hotline

ATL Insurance has launched a 24-hour incident response line for clients involved in road accidents.

The heavy motor underwriting agency’s CEO Jason Hawksworth says clients will have access to incident management staff who can co-ordinate services including vehicle recovery and towing, hazard identification and spill containment, clean-up, driver repatriation and support, emergency services, and claims initiation and reporting.

ATL has partnered with transport services company ISS First Response on the service, which is available nationwide and is integrated into ATL’s claims platform.
