Arch Insurance Australia has launched its recently updated management liability offering on the Ebix Sunrise Exchange platform.

Brokers will have direct access to underwriters via LiveChat, and the platform enables instant mid-term policy modifications for flexibility throughout the cover’s life cycle.

“Our goal is to become our brokers’ first-choice partner, trading the way they want to trade, whether through digital channels or direct conversations with our underwriters,” business development manager Melissa Corrigan said.

The product, called ML+, is designed to respond to evolving needs. In addition to standard coverages, it provides protection for public relations and crisis management costs, defamation, privacy infringement, personal cyber liability and social engineering.

Head of executive assurance Louise Lumley says Arch is the first insurer to offer real-time LiveChat functionality.
