AFCA unable to publish determinations due to ‘system issue’
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority has confirmed it has not been publishing determinations for more than a month.
The ombudsman publishes the vast majority of determinations to enhance transparency, but a systems glitch has put a stop to the usual process.
“We’ve not been able to publish decisions since October 7 due to a third-party system issue,” a spokesperson told insuranceNEWS.com.au.
“The team are working with relevant parties to resolve this.”
