TAL launches online claims hub

TAL has launched a digital claims platform to support and educate policyholders through a claims process. It will complement the TAL claims team.

The platform provides information around claims paid, acceptance rates, explanations about why claims are denied, and FAQs in a video format.

Chief Claims Officer Jenny Oliver says the hub is designed to address some of the challenges claimants face during the process and improve their confidence.

TAL’s claims approach forms an important part of delivering best outcomes for customers, she said.
