Direct life insurer Noble Oak has started offering products under a distribution partnership with health group Nib Holdings.

The Nib-branded products include life, total and permanent disability, trauma and income protection.

Nib group CEO and MD Ed Close says the collaboration is part of its strategy to move from being a traditional health insurer to providing a wider range of health and financial protection products. 

“By bringing life, living and health cover to our members, we’re creating a broader base of financial protection,” he said.

“When the unexpected happens, customers have the financial support to enable them to focus on their health.”
