MLC Life Insurance has appointed Louise Portelli as Chief Customer Experience Officer.

She will start the job next month and will report to CEO David Hackett.

Ms Portelli will oversee the insurer’s effort to improve customer outcomes across the group and retail channels. She joins from KPMG UK, where she led the insurance customer transformation practice.
