Acenda Life says Ross Miller will become chief commercial officer, taking over from Sean McCormack, who is stepping down.

Mr Miller was previously group chief people and culture officer. Lisa Green, who joins from oOh!Media, will now take that role.

Acenda Life says Mr Miller will lead Australian commercial teams across insurance, wealth and retirement solutions.

“Ross has made an exceptional impact since joining Acenda Life earlier this year,” Acenda Group CEO Chris de Bruin said. “His enterprise perspective, deep understanding of customer and distribution operations, and proven ability to lead through transformation will be important as we sharpen our commercial strategy and build a sustainable platform for growth.”

The Acenda Group was formed in October last year following Nippon Life’s acquisition of Resolution Life Group, including its operations in Australia and New Zealand.
