Insurtech Kanopi and software group Endava will host a webinar examining how AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making are poised to reshape insurance.

The session – Agentic AI Advantage: Is Insurance Ready For AI That Thinks For Itself? – will be held on November 12. 

“This discussion is so important now because it is top of mind for so many different stakeholders,” Kanopi CEO and founder Nigel Fellowes-Freeman said.

“Is it an existential threat for us or is it actually a massive opportunity for us to lean into?”

A panel will feature Endava insurance strategy lead for AI Felipe Flores, Zurich head of retail for Australia and New Zealand Tim Kane, and Kolmeo CEO Scott Bateman. It will be moderated by Mr Fellowes-Freeman.

They will examine how agentic AI systems might transform how insurers operate and “demand a re-evaluation of an insurer’s position within a rapidly changing service landscape”.
