Instanda’s agility ‘a clear differentiator’
Policy administration and distribution platform Instanda has been praised for its architecture and ability to help insurers launch quickly without overhauling core systems.
The latest Asia-Pacific property and casualty policy administration systems report from research house Celent – part of GlobalData – profiles 31 platforms.
It provides an overview of functionality, customer bases, lines of business supported, technology, implementation, pricing and support.
Instanda was commended for enabling insurers, agents and brokers to design, distribute and service products across general, health and life insurance from one platform.
“Instanda’s no-code configuration and modular approach empowers agents and insurers to deliver bold, market-differentiating propositions in weeks – not years. That agility is a clear differentiator in today’s volatile, high-expectation environment,” Celent analyst Karun Arathil said.
“Instanda reflects the shift we’re seeing across Asia-Pacific towards speed, flexibility and smart integration.”
The platform enables teams to adapt rapidly, optimise portfolio performance, launch new propositions and evolve customer journeys as markets shift, without compromising on control or compliance, Celent says.
Capabilities include policy administration, product configuration, billing, rating and ecosystem orchestration. Clients modernise at their own pace, reducing operational costs while unlocking new commercial models.
Instanda global chief revenue officer Derek Hill says insurers are “done with costly compromises” and are moving away from “monolithic systems” towards modular, scalable platforms built for the “next generation of digital insurance”.
He says recognition in the Celent report “is a real moment for Instanda in the region”.
