Sydney insurtech MyVal has been chosen to join Guidewire’s Insurtech Vanguards program.

The MyVal app uses artificial intelligence to document the value of home contents and highlight items exceeding policy sublimits. Through real-time photo recognition and geotagging, it provides insurers with verified inventories, ensuring accurate coverage and streamlined claims.

Through the program, US-based insurance cloud platform Guidewire provides guidance and advocates for insurtechs with novel solutions, while connecting them with its property and casualty customers.
