DXC rolls out workplace injury claims platform

DXC Technology has launched an AI-powered workers’ compensation claims management product for self-insured organisations.

The platform, available in Australia and globally, is designed to help such employers manage workplace injury claims, compliance obligations and returns to work.

New York Stock Exchange-listed DXC says by combining experienced claims professionals with AI tools, the Assure Risk Management platform lets employers streamline processes and stay compliant with complex regulations.

“While cost savings are possible from self-managing claims, self-insured organisations require the same efficient management processes as full-stack insurers to protect against leakage and ensure successful returns to work,” analyst Nathan Golia said.

DXC says many large organisations still manage claims in-house and its platform offers a more integrated way to support employee recovery and risk mitigation.

Assure Risk Management provides document automation and real-time dashboards, and generative AI is embedded to improve outcomes. The AI-enabled workflows reduce administration and flag risks early in the process, and expert support is offered throughout claims.
