Cover-More Travel Insurance has launched an AI-powered itinerary planner in its app.

The tool will match trips, tours and events with traveller interests, and Cover-More chief sales officer Todd Nelson says it can help customers plan and book experiences.

There are suggestions suited to solo travellers, couples, friends and families, and there are filters for mobility and fitness levels.

Mr Nelson says a Cover-More policy is not required, but app users can obtain a quote or buy cover within the platform.
