AI ‘collapses cost and time’ of comms migration
Smart Communications says it is expanding AI-powered data and technology migration to help clients cut legacy costs and modernise more quickly.
AI and flexible commercial models are making it faster, lower-risk and more affordable to consolidate legacy communications systems, the customer engagement tech group says.
“By using AI to collapse the cost and time of migration ... we can help turn modernisation from a ‘next year’ ambition into an achievable initiative today,” chief product and technology officer Heidi Johnson said.
Smart Communications says AI analyses existing communications, finding duplication and consolidation opportunities across thousands of documents.
An AI conversion engine then turns legacy documents into modern, reusable templates – eliminating much of the slow, manual rework that has traditionally made migration expensive.
Customers can review and validate every conversion, deciding what is migrated and approved for deployment, Smart Communications says.
Consolidation gives enterprises a single, governed source of communications, allowing them to use AI safely and at scale for more personalised, automated customer experiences.
Smart Communications says it powers more than 60 billion customer interactions each year.
