Ollie Moore has been promoted to head of broking for the Pacific region at Willis.

Brisbane-based Mr Moore joined the WTW business from Aon in April 2023 and was most recently Australian strategic director for financial, professional and executive risks.

Willis says he has played a key role in the FINEX team, demonstrating expertise in client servicing and market management.  

In the new role, he will focus on Willis’ broking strategy, driving innovation and strengthening insurer network partnerships. He also joins the regional leadership team.

“His deep industry knowledge, strategic mindset and strong relationships across the insurance sector make him exceptionally well positioned to lead Willis’ broking function in the Pacific region.”

Mr Moore spent 17 years at Aon in London and Sydney, finishing as specialties broking director.
