Four claims managers will exit QBE, with the insurer announcing “organisational changes” under a new strategy.

“We’re taking a new strategic direction for claims as we continue to adapt to our evolving environment, and as part of this we are making some organisational changes that align our claims structure to supporting this new direction,” chief claims officer Julie Starley said.
“These changes are pivotal in enhancing our customer experience and operational efficiency.
“As part of this shift, some roles are impacted. These decisions are not taken lightly, and we acknowledge the significant contributions of our people and thank them for their dedication.”
Ms Starley took over as chief claims officer in March following the departure of Jon Fox late last year.
