Lockton has recruited former Aon account director Alex Tilden to head its new major accounts practice.

The brokerage says the new operation reflects a “clear shift in the needs of Australia’s top-tier organisations, many of which are seeking deeper expertise, tighter alignment across regions and more agile advisory models to support increasingly complex risk profiles.

“The major corporate accounts practice has been established to bring greater structure, focus and specialist capability to the large corporate segment.”

Ms Tilden was most recently regional strategic account director at Aon, according to her LinkedIn.

Lockton says she will drive the “national strategy for major accounts, shaping a practice that offers clients a genuine alternative in the Australian market, deep specialisation and a commitment to long‑term relationships.

“With Alex now leading the practice, Lockton is well positioned to support major corporates seeking a more personalised, expert‑led and globally connected brokerage experience.”
