The proposed $5.25 billion acquisition of AUB Group is the main topic for discussion on the latest Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, the listed group announced to the market yesterday that on September 26 it received “a non-binding, indicative proposal” from a private equity group to acquire 100% of the shares in AUB.
