The $1.1 billion private equity offer for Johns Lyng Group is discussed on the latest Insurance News podcast, with a shareholder vote on the proposal scheduled for October.

As previously reported, Pacific Equity Partners has offered $4 cash per stock – a 77% premium on Johns Lyng’s closing price on May 15, the day before the building group received an indicative offer.
