The return of Steadfast MD and CEO Robert Kelly following the conclusion of a probe into a workplace complaint is the first item discussed by the panel on the latest episode of the Insurance News podcast.

As previously reported, Mr Kelly got back to work this week after deciding to stand aside while the complaint against him was investigated by an external law firm.
